Tangier local rate

Businesses physically based and operating in Tangier receive 25% off the standard rate. You declare your Tangier business address when booking; the publisher may review it and may decline or pause a booking that does not qualify. The rate depends only on your business location — not on where you browse from. Placements, slots and display are identical for both rates, and any applicable tax is calculated at checkout for both.

The placements

Main placement — a wide banner on the home page, below the opening photograph and edition strip. Several paid banners rotate every 3 seconds, with pause and reduced-motion support.

Footer carousel — a slide in the advertising carousel above the footer of every reading page, rotating every 5 seconds alongside existing promotions.

Each position has 6 paid slots per calendar month. “Main + footer” reserves both positions together or not at all.

Artwork

Upload one JPEG, PNG or WebP (up to 25 MB). We prepare a desktop banner (2880×592) and a mobile banner (1224×672) that keep your whole artwork visible — never cropped or stretched — and you preview both before paying.

Payment & publication

Payment is taken by Stripe Checkout for Whitmarsh Imports Ltd. Any applicable tax is calculated by Stripe at checkout and shown before you pay. Your banner appears, labelled as advertising, only after payment is confirmed by Stripe and only during the months you booked. The publisher may pause an advert that breaches the terms.
